To secure your booking dates, return your booking form and reservations will hold your dates for 24 hours in order to receive, a 30% deposit of the full cost of your stay. Upon receipt of your deposit your dates will be fully confirmed. Minimum stay is one week.

The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel your booking. The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation forfeiture terms: 6 weeks or more prior to start date 30% of total cost, within 6 weeks100% of total cost.

Private chef services are available May, June, September and October as guests require at an extra charge (guests pay groceries at cost). July and August prices include a full-chef-service 5-days per week (guests pay groceries at cost).

Fully refundable security deposits are required of 20% jof your total acommadation costs is payable on or prior to arrival. This can be paid at the time of final booking payment on your credit card or can be paid in cash on arrival. All deposits are returned upon check-out. Payment Methods: bank transfer currencies: E EUR Euro, £ GBP British Pounds or $ USD US Dollars.
