To secure your booking dates, return your booking form and reservations will hold your dates for 24 hours in order to receive, a 30% deposit of the full cost of your stay. Upon receipt of your deposit your dates will be fully confirmed. The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel your booking. The booking deposit is non-refundable.

The minimum stay is generally 7 nights (Sunday to Sunday) and we book in week blocks. From time to time we are able to accommadate stays of fewer nights (subject to a 20% surcharge).

Fully refundable security deposits are required of 20% jof your total acommadation costs are payable on or prior to arrival. This can be paid at the time of final booking payment on your credit card or can be paid in cash on arrival. All deposits are returned upon check-out.

Cancellation forfeiture terms: 6 weeks or more prior to start date 30% of total cost, within 6 weeks100% of total cost.

Payment Methods: cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card (credit card payments are available only in £ GBP (spot rate from FT.com)+2.5% surcharge.)
